MAIN OBJECTIVE
Reporting to the F&A Distribution Coordinator, your main purpose is to support the Logistics and Transport operations on behalf of Richemont Fashion & Accessories Maisons.
YOUR MISSIONS
Oversee the Maisons’ forecasts accuracy for inbound and outbound data
Support daily operation for warehousing topics with a problem-solving mindset
Communication and after-sale for Maisons’ Sales Administration, Production & Supply Chain teams
Analyze delays and major logistics incidents
Enforce a controlled communication through the partner web portal and ticketing tool
Monitor the implementation of RID compliance rules and processes
Report to Richemont IT, log and transport major issues
Support on daily transport: one-of operation and spot quotation validation
Ease and accompany all transport and delivery incidents with the partner transport team
Monitor and inbound or outbound backlog
Speed up, track, and challenge delivery greenlight processes
Formalize best practices
Audit & control the transport and logistic invoices
Collaborate with Accounting department regarding costs & invoices
Stock monitoring: alert on stock level and required optimization, facilitate short-pack and overpack resolution
Assist un the development of the budget creation and reviews.
YOUR PROFILE
Diploma in related field is recommended
Experience in logistic/transport
Strong data controlling and analysis skills
Team player, proactive, anticipation
Fluent in English and French
