Rattaché(e) au ResponsableOpérations et Logistiques au sein du département Services, vous participez àla gestion des stocks et à la prévisiondes ventes afin de soutenir la distribution et la croissance des ventes depièces détachées pour la région EMEA, en assurant l’optimisation des coûts, des délais et desflux de marchandises.
Vos principales missionsseront :
Analyser les historiques de consommationpour établir les prévisionsde vente afin de soutenir la distribution etla croissance des pièces détachées pour la région EMEA.
Optimiser la disponibilité des stocks enproduisant les prévisions et en anticipant les possibles pénuries
Vérifier le taux de couvertures des stocks(études de rotation des stocks et préconisation des dépréciations)
Analyser, établir les états des lieux enréalisant des audits et en posant des diagnostics
Elaborer et mettre à jour les tableaux debord du suivi des stocks
Suivre et maintenir les prévisions dans l’ERP
Participer à la segmentation des produits
Reporting to the Operations and Logistics Manager in the Services department, you will participate in inventory management and sales forecasting to support the distribution and growth of spare parts sales, ensuring the optimization of costs, deadlines and goods flows.
Your main missions will be:
Analyze consumption histories to establish sales forecasts to support the distribution and growth of spare parts
Optimize inventory availability by producing forecasts and anticipating possible shortages
Check the stock coverage rate (inventory turnover studies and depreciation recommendations)
Analyze, establish the inventory by carrying out audits and making diagnoses
Develop and update inventory tracking dashboards
Track and maintain forecasts in ERP
Participate in product segmentation
Skills/Requirements
Compétence et expérience dans lagestion de stock et le domaine des prévisions indispensable
Connaissances en contrôle degestion
Connaissance des ERP (QAD)
Maîtrise de l’anglais indispensable
Capacité d’analyse et de synthèse
Outils : Excel VBA et Power BI
Travail en équipe et capacité àconvaincre
Rigueur et autonomie
Sens du service
Experience in inventory management and forecasting is essential
Knowledge in finance analysis
Knowledge of ERP (QAD)
Fluency in English is required
Analytical and synthesis skills
