MISSIONSUNDER THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PURCHASING MANAGER/DIRECTOR: DEFINITION OF THE COMPANY’S REQUIREMENTS • Gather, from the various departments (operational, support and project), the needs corresponding to your portfolio: determine the purchasing volumes, estimate the lead times, identify the product’s technical and functional characteristics, and the expected quality criteria.• Support the internal client with the drafting of their specifications, and provide suggestions.• Define the consulting and acquisition strategy in line with the company purchasing policy, including during the study phase. IMPLEMENTATION OF THE PURCHASING PROCESS• Carry out market studies and prospect for suppliers able to provide the requested service (services, materials, transformed products). • Actively contribute to the purchasing network’s dynamics (inform the network in case of any problems with a supplier, inquire about a supplier’s history, identify possibilities for pooling resources).• Initiate procedures, analyze calls for tenders and manage negotiations in accordance with the company’s code of ethics.• Draw up contracts based on valid documents (framework agreements, single orders) and alert the legal department in case of any litigation or doubt.• Promote your actions and purchasing guidelines to your internal clients and cross-departmental networks. MONITORING OF SUPPLIERS AND CONTRACTS • Establish and expand a pool of suppliers and develop close ties with them (updating information, integrating new suppliers, etc.).• Manage commercial relations: track assessments and feedback, and intervene in the event of any dispute or non-compliance with the specifications.• Track the budget/purchasing objectives for each family of products or each project, and report regularly to the purchasing or operational department. • In parallel, maintain an active watch on developments in the products, services and innovations within each line of products, and provide feedback to the Purchasing Market Manager. Formation :

Vous disposez d’une formation supérieure de niveau Bac +5 type école de commerce avec une spécialisation dans les achats.

Expérience :

Vous avez une première expérience réussie dans les achats. Une appétence pour le secteur du BTP serait un plus.

Compétences :

Au-delà des compétences techniques requises pour mener à bien vos missions, vous êtes une personne autonome, réactive et dotée d’un excellent sens du relationnel. Vous êtes à l’aise dans les négociations et possédez un tempérament facilitateur.
Vous êtes une personne dynamique, rigoureuse, curieuse et dotée d’un fort esprit de synthèse. Vous aimez travailler en équipe et avez le sens de l’écoute. Vous démontrez un réel intérêt pour les achats et le secteur d’activité du BTP.

Vous maîtrisez le Pack Office Microsoft, et notamment Excel. De plus, vous justifiez d’un bon niveau d’anglais.

Des déplacements ponctuels (en France ou à l’étranger) sont à prévoir en fonction de l’actualité des projets.
